Once you receive your quote if you’d like to go ahead we will be in contact to arrange a date that works best for you. Our engineers will come out to see you, demonstrate the alarm system, and and have it up and running within hours.
Yes we do. We offer multiple maintenance plans from basic to platinum so you can find a plan that fits you. Whilst we’d strongly recommend you take out a maintenance on your intruder alarm so it’s always fully functional and has a longer lifespan, It is not required.
Yes. When you pay for an alarm with CSN Services you own it. This may seems like common sense it it is not always the case in this industry. Anyone can service your alarm.
In all most every industry if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it, why should it be any different in this one? Once an alarm is installed you have a 14 day risk free period where you are entitled to return your intruder alarm kit and receive a refund. You can not receive a refund on the installation fee of the fuse spur. This is because it is a fixed installation and this will still be operational in the future. You only pay when you’re happy, and we are sure you will be.
You can contact our office where we will put you in direct communication with an engineer who will diagnose the issue and form a plan to fix it. The issue may be able to be fixed remotely and we will explore all possible methods before an engineer is called out to your home. Our maintenance customers receive priority status as guaranteed by our governing bodies so consider this when calling up.
