Yes we do. We offer multiple maintenance plans, from basic to platinum, so you can find a plan that fits you. Whilst we’d strongly recommend you take out a maintenance on any of your system, so it’s always fully functional and has a longer lifespan, It is not required.

We aim to work with in your preferred timescale, so whether it is ASAP or more down the line, we can arrange it. Please be aware quotes are only valid within 30 days of you receiving them.

Once you have accepted the quote, you have a 14-day non commitment period where you are entitled to return your kit and receive a refund.

You can contact our office where we will put you in direct communication with an engineer who will diagnose the issue and form a plan to fix it. The issue may be able to be resolved remotely and we will explore all possible methods before an engineer is called out to your home.
