CSN Services installed a 2 camera cctv system and a passive LED light at our house yesterday. The engineer Dan and his apprentice did a first class job in just a few hours and no mess at all. How does the installation process work?

Once you receive your quote if you’d like to go ahead we will be in contact to arrange a date that works best for you.

Our engineers will come out to see you, demonstrate the CCTV system and if you are happy with it, we can have it up and running within hours.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes we do. We offer multiple maintenance plans from basic to platinum so you can find a plan that fits you. Whilst we’d strongly recommend you take out a maintenance on your CCTV system so it’s always fully functional and has a longer lifespan, It is not required.

I have an emergency! how quickly can you come out me?

If there is an issue and you need and alarm as soon as possible request a quote as a VIP and we will prioritise your request so we can have you safe and secure at home at the soonest possible date.

I'm not entirely happy with my kit, what happens now?

Once you have accepted the quote you have a 14 day non commitment period where you are entitled to return your CCTV kit and receive a refund.

If there's fault with my camera what do I do?

You can contact our office where we will put you in direct communication with an engineer who will diagnose the issue and form a plan to fix it. The issue may be able to be resolved remotely and we will explore all possible methods before an engineer is called out to your home.

We do!

We want everyone to be able to afford premium security, that’s why we’ve integrated klarna payments. You can pay in 3 instalments or pay within 30 days of the installation.
