    Once you receive your quote if you’d like to go ahead we will be in contact to arrange a date that works best for you.

    Our engineers will come out to see you, demonstrate the alarm system, and if you are happy with it, have it up and running within hours.

    Yes we do. We offer multiple maintenance plans from basic to platinum so you can find a plan that fits you. Whilst we’d strongly recommend you take out a maintenance on your intruder alarm so it’s always fully functional and has a longer lifespan, It is not required.

    Anyone can service your alarm.

    When you pay for an alarm with CSN Services you own it. This may seems like common sense it it is not always the case in this industry.

    In all most every industry if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it, why should it be any different in this one?

    Once you have accepted the quote you have a 14 day non commitment period where you are entitled to return your intruder alarm kit and receive a refund.

    You can contact our office where we will put you in direct communication with an engineer who will diagnose the issue and form a plan to fix it. The issue may be able to be resolved remotely and we will explore all possible methods before an engineer is called out to your home.

    We want everyone to be able to afford premium security, that’s why we’ve integrated klarna payments. You can pay in 3 instalments or pay within 30 days of the installation.

    If there is an issue and you need and alarm as soon as possible request a quote as a VIP and we will prioritise your request so we can have you safe and secure at home at the soonest possible date.
