Service Coordinator
Our Service Coordinators work with our Engineers and admin team to organise the repairs, maintenance and installation of Intruder, CCTV, Fire alarms and Door access Systems. Your role is to make sure that the jobs are noted, appointments are booked, the engineers are where they need to be and the faults are fixed within the contracted response times. You’ll be there to support them dealing with any problems that might arise and finding solutions, ultimately ensuring that the customers are happy and kept informed at all times. You’ll be in charge of ordering and maintaining stock and ensuring the appropriate paperwork is completed.
It’s a fast paced environment, with each day presenting a new challenge. A role where you have to keep your team and customers happy and informed. You must have exceptional communication and administration skills with a keen eye for detail, be organised and proactive, take ownership and find resolutions. Good geographical awareness is a bonus, however there is always google maps and what3words.

Full-time Salary:£19,702.00-£24,000.00 per year depending upon experience Benefits Free parking Company pension Help@hand scheme Schedule: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
